What’s the difference between wrinkle relaxers and fillers?
They do different jobs. Wrinkle relaxers (like Botox) relax the muscles that create lines of motion, the creases that appear when you frown or squint. Fillers restore lost volume and smooth static lines that are there at rest. Many patients use both together, since they address different parts of facial aging.
Who performs the injections?
Injectable treatments are provided by experienced injectors under the direction of Dr. Brandon T. Beal, a double board-certified dermatologist. Certain treatments, such as the non-surgical nose job, are performed by Dr. Beal himself given the precision involved. Your consultation confirms who will treat you and the plan.
Will I look natural, or overdone?
Looking natural is the whole goal. An overdone look comes from treating too aggressively or in the wrong places. Every treatment here is planned conservatively and tailored to your face, so the result is a refreshed version of you, not a different person.
How long do injectable results last?
It depends on the treatment. Wrinkle relaxers typically last a few months; most fillers last from several months to a couple of years depending on the product and area; Kybella’s fat reduction is lasting once you reach your goal. Each treatment’s page explains its expected longevity.
How do I know which treatment I need?
