Very nice people. When I made an appointment online and the computer had a glitch and signed me up for a different location than what I chose, I showed them the confirmation on my phone from the Troy location, which is where I wanted to go, but on their end it showed another location. So they found time to see me since I had already taken off work early for the day. That’s how customer service works. I appreciate it. Not easy to keep taking off work to go to appointments.
