My first visit, I went in to have a few different spots looked at their removed them to test while I was the office. Made it very convenient, not to have to schedule another appointment for the biopsy. I received multiple phone calls to schedule my six week follow up, which was today. Everything was handled during biopsy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

As a farmer, I'm outside exposed to the sun. My family has a history of skin cancer. I have been seeing Jennifer for many years and extremely pleased with her knowledge and honesty.
Response from the owner:Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
AMAZING! The staff was welcoming and pleasant. Since 2019, numerous doctors prescribed various treatments that never worked. Dr. Swofford not only listened, she made me feel that I was in the right place. In one day, she resolved an ailment that has plagued me since 2019. Great music selection as well (80s)!!!! 😊

What are skin tags?
Skin tags are common, non-cancerous growths that tend to occur as people age. They are connected to the skin by a stalk and are commonly found in the underarms, around the neck, eyelids, under the breasts, groin, and thighs.
Although they are not dangerous and do not require removal, they can be unsightly and irritating.
How are skin tags diagnosed?
An exam by a dermatologist is frequently all that is needed.
What are the treatment options for skin tags?
Minor surgical removal
Electrosurgery
Freezing with liquid nitrogen
What can you expect?
Before any procedure, you will have a consultation with our expert cosmetic dermatologists. The physician will listen to you, perform a thorough evaluation, and provide an individualized treatment plan to address your needs and concerns.
Any unsightly or irritating skin tag can be removed with almost no downtime. Most patients can resume normal activities the next day. Because skin tags are benign (non-cancerous) growths, insurance companies often will not pay for their removal. Often, there is an out-of-pocket cost that is not covered by insurance associated with the removal of skin tags.
Is the treatment of skin tags safe?
All procedures carry some risk. However, complications from skin tag treatment procedures are uncommon when performed by board-certified cosmetic dermatologists.
