My two experiences there have been nothing but wonderful. I had a mole removed and came back Melanoma.Dr. Beal did surgery on it to get the Melanoma out. He got it all out and no more there. Awesome job by him and staff. I will recommend Dr. Beal 100% for something that needs to be done dermatology and his staff fit other work. I’m very happy with the outcome and deeply appreciated.

What are skin tags?

Skin tags are common, non-cancerous growths that tend to occur as people age. They are connected to the skin by a stalk and are commonly found in the underarms, around the neck, eyelids, under the breasts, groin, and thighs.

Although they are not dangerous and do not require removal, they can be unsightly and irritating.

How are skin tags diagnosed?

An exam by a dermatologist is frequently all that is needed.

What are the treatment options for skin tags?

• Freezing with liquid nitrogen

Is the treatment of skin tags safe?
